WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Our team take a lot of care and spends time to make sure it's done perfectly. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests

If merchandise products are received damaged or broken, we will organize for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it without service provider.

What if my printed product arrives damaged?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@readyplayeru.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

 

For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 

* Please note cartridges extremely fragile and minor scratches are very common, due to this, we DO NOT consider minor scratches defects.
